# Admission to Exams: How to Get a Pass for the UEE and UPEI for Master's Programs

Participants in the additional sessions of entrance examinations for master's programs have received access to personal invitation passes. This document is required for admission to the venues of the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE) and the Unified Professional Entrance Test (UPEI). This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the Ukrainian Center for Assessment of Education Quality (UCAEQ).

The invitations became available in the applicants' electronic cabinets on July 28. Each document clearly specifies the date, time, and specific location of the testing. Applicants are strongly advised to generate the file themselves in their personal cabinet and print it.

### Strict admission rules

Without presenting the invitation pass, entry to the testing venue will be impossible. This rule is mandatory for all participants in the process. The UCAEQ emphasizes that the absence of the document automatically deprives the applicant of the opportunity to take the exam.

In addition to the pass, participants must present the following to gain admission to the testing venue:

- A valid identity document.

- The invitation pass, printed or saved on a device.

### Safety and confidentiality rules

The UCAEQ reminded participants of safety measures: information about the exact locations of the testing is not published on the official website or on the social media pages of regional centers. The organization urges applicants themselves not to disseminate data about the date, time, and location of the exams in the public domain.

"We strongly recommend not disclosing where and when the testing will take place," the UCAEQ emphasized. "The safety of all participants in the entrance examinations may depend on this."

### Plans for 2026

For those who were unable to take or missed the UEE, as well as for those wishing to improve their results, a specially organized session is planned for 2026. Registration for it will take place in August, and the testing itself will be held in September.

Recall that for admission to master's and doctoral programs in Ukraine, taking the UEE is mandatory. The exam consists of two blocks: a test of general academic competence and a foreign language test. The results of these tests directly affect the competitive selection of candidates.
