However, the ministry emphasizes that this is not yet the final choice. According to the 2026 admission rules, one person can submit up to ten applications β€” no more than five of which can be for state-funded (budget) places. The average number of applications submitted by one applicant who has already started the process is four. At the same time, it is important to understand: the number of submitted applications does not equal the number of future students.
