## 🎯 Key Points

- Ajax Systems equipped the "Bila Skelya" sanctuary with six Superior BulletCam HLVF cameras.
- Artificial intelligence is integrated into the system to recognize people and animals.
- The project was implemented in partnership with the "Save Wild" foundation to protect rescued bears and wolves.
- Technologies allow staff to remotely monitor the territory via the Ajax mobile app.

Ukrainian technology company Ajax Systems has implemented a charitable project to equip the "Bila Skelya" rehabilitation center and bear sanctuary, located in the village of Chubynske in the Kyiv region, with a cutting-edge security system. The initiative aims to enhance staff safety and improve the conditions for round-the-clock monitoring of rescued wild animals, including brown bears and wolves. The project was carried out in cooperation with the International Charitable Foundation "Save Wild", which has overseen the sanctuary's operations since its inception.

### Technical Equipment and Hardware Features

As part of the project, specialists deployed a comprehensive system across the sanctuary's vast territory, featuring six modern wired cameras of the Ajax Superior BulletCam HLVF model. This equipment is specifically designed for operation in challenging environments and is equipped with innovative hybrid illumination combining infrared and white light. This ensures high-quality night vision without causing discomfort to the animals. In addition, the cameras feature integrated artificial intelligence software capable of accurately recognizing the silhouettes of people, vehicles, and the enclosure residents themselves.

For centralized video data storage and prompt response to any emergency situations, an Ajax NVR video recorder was installed. All data is securely archived on the server, and the sanctuary staff gained the ability to view live streams or search for specific archive fragments in real time directly from their smartphones or tablets via the proprietary Ajax mobile app. According to the management of the "Save Wild" foundation, the implementation of such technologies has brought the sanctuary's management to a qualitatively new level previously considered unattainable.

### Sanctuary Residents and Social Mission

The "Bila Skelya" rehabilitation center has become a home for animals that have suffered from human cruelty, illegal keeping, or owner negligence. Currently, the center cares for former circus performers—a brown bear named Synochok and a Tien Shan brown bear named Chada—as well as four wolves, among which a wolfdog named Nymfadora stands out. Creating a calm and safe habitat for them is the priority task for the entire team of zoologists and volunteers.

In addition to direct rehabilitation work, the organization carries out active educational activities aimed at fostering a humane and responsible attitude towards wildlife. During the warm season, the sanctuary opens its doors for organized guided tours, while year-round individual educational programs called "Visiting the Wolves", led by zoologist Maryna Shkvyra, are conducted. All visits are carried out strictly by appointment in small groups to avoid stressing the animals.

### Significance of Partnership and Prospects

Valentyn Hrytsenko, Chief Marketing Officer at Ajax Systems, emphasized the company's special philosophy in this project, noting that advanced technologies are designed to protect not only residential homes and commercial businesses, but also those who are completely defenseless against external threats. Supporting environmental and animal protection initiatives is becoming an important element of corporate social responsibility for major technology players in the European market.

The international company Ajax Systems, maintaining its position as Europe's largest security system manufacturer, continues to expand its geographical presence and the scope of its proprietary developments. The company's products protect millions of users worldwide, and now high technologies are also serving noble humanitarian purposes in Ukraine, helping to preserve rare animals and support those who have dedicated their lives to caring for wildlife.
