In the world of PC gaming, the race for maximum FPS often overshadows another critically important parameter — frame smoothness. It is precisely this problem that the next generation of AMD processors based on the Zen 6 architecture aims to solve. Insiders report that the company's engineers are preparing a revolutionary system for fine-grained per-core optimization, designed to completely eliminate micro-stutters in games and significantly improve the 1% low FPS metric.

### The Problem of Global Frequency Throttling

To understand the scale of these changes, we need to look at how modern processors work. In current reality, when AMD or Intel chips hit power limits or thermal thresholds, the protection system is forced to throttle frequencies across the entire active core block. This happens globally, regardless of which core is performing which task.
