According to registers, he remains a co-founder of HER company, which owns a stake in the Rosinka corporation, a producer of water and beverages and a direct competitor to Morshynska. According to Radina, Herman's appointment could be a way to bypass this legal prohibition, creating a serious conflict of interest.
