# Blow to logistics: Russian missiles destroy Toyota's main warehouse in Kyiv

Night attacks by Russian forces on Ukrainian territory have dealt a serious blow to the country's logistics infrastructure. In Kyiv, a warehouse for spare parts and related goods belonging to FIE "Toyota-Ukraine" was completely destroyed. This event jeopardizes the uninterrupted maintenance of cars of the Japanese brand throughout the country.

### Consequences for car owners

Company representatives confirmed the destruction of the facility in a statement published by RBK-Ukraine. The press service noted that the team is now implementing a complex of measures to restore logistics chains. Alternative solutions have already been deployed to minimize the impact on customer service.

However, the company is forced to warn of possible difficulties. Due to the destruction of the warehouse, there may be temporary delays in the supply of certain spare parts, accessories, lubricants, and other goods. In the statement, Toyota thanked customers for their understanding and support, promising to do everything possible to return to the usual mode of operation.

### Scale of strikes on business

The strike on the Toyota warehouse was part of a series of attacks on critical infrastructure facilities. As a result of the same Russian attack, the main logistics warehouse of the company INTERTOP Ukraine was completely destroyed. Tens of thousands of orders were sent daily from this center throughout the country, making the loss of the facility catastrophic for retail trade.

Also at night, facilities of other major market players came under attack:

- Central warehouse of LIQUI MOLY Ukraine products. Despite the damage, the company has already begun work to resume supplies.

- Facilities of the construction retailer "Epitsentr".

- Warehouses and logistics centers of the company ROZETKA.

- Infrastructure of the postal operator "Nova Poshta".

Massive strikes on warehouses and logistics hubs demonstrate that the target of the attacks is not only military infrastructure but also the civilian economy, on which the livelihood of the population depends.
