# Currency rates in Ukraine on June 3: the dollar is at its highs, the euro is at 52 hryvnias. Where is it more profitable to buy?

At the start of the day, banks and exchange offices updated currency rates. The US dollar is trading near local highs, while the euro continues to hold near the psychologically important mark of 52 hryvnias. We analyze where you can buy currency at the most favorable rate today and what conditions the country's largest financial institutions offer.

### Average market indicators

According to data from the Minfin portal, the average dollar rate in exchange offices remained unchanged today. Buying American currency is available at a rate of 44.20 hryvnias, while the selling rate is 44.10 hryvnias.

The situation with the euro looks different: the European currency has become slightly more expensive in exchange offices. The average buying rate increased by 5 kopecks to 51.80 hryvnias, and the selling rate increased by the same amount — to 51.60 hryvnias.

### Rates in the largest banks

Most banking institutions have not recorded sharp jumps, however, a number of financial organizations have revised their euro trading conditions. Here is the current data on key market players:

    - **PrivatBank:** Selling the dollar in branches costs 44.50 hryvnias (an increase of 2 kopecks), the card rate was 44.44 hryvnias. The euro in cash desks became cheaper by 10 kopecks to 51.90 hryvnias, while for cards the price remained at the level of 52.08 hryvnias.

    - **Oschadbank:** The dollar rate in the mobile application has not changed and is 44.50 hryvnias, but the card rate increased by 5 kopecks to 44.65 hryvnias. The euro in "Mobile Oschad" became more expensive by 5 kopecks to 51.95 hryvnias, and for cards — to 52.15 hryvnias.

    - **PUMB:** The bank raised the dollar selling rate in cash desks by 10 kopecks to 44.70 hryvnias. The commercial rate also increased to 44.50 hryvnias. The euro in cash desks became more expensive by 10 kopecks and now costs 52.10 hryvnias.

    - **Monobank:** The dollar rate remained unchanged at the level of 44.43 hryvnias. The euro, on the contrary, became cheaper by 5 kopecks and is sold for 51.95 hryvnias.

### Where is it most profitable to buy and sell?

An analysis of offers allows us to identify the most attractive conditions for clients:

**Buying dollars:** The most favorable rate is offered by Monobank — 44.43 hryvnias. Next are PrivatBank (44.44 UAH) and PUMB with a commercial rate of 44.50 UAH.

**Buying euros:** The leader in low selling prices is PrivatBank with a rate of 51.90 UAH. The difference with competitors is minimal: in Monobank and Oschadbank, the currency costs only 5 kopecks more.

**Selling dollars:** The best buying rate is at Oschadbank — 44.15 UAH. PUMB offers 44.10 UAH, and Monobank — 44.06 UAH.

**Selling euros:** It is most profitable to part with the European currency today at Oschadbank at a rate of 51.45 UAH. At PUMB the rate is 51.40 UAH, at Monobank — 51.25 UAH.
