# Diesel prices drop: 'Ukrnafta' equalizes fuel prices as part of a special offer

The automotive fuel market in Ukraine is showing overall stability; however, on Thursday, July 9, a notable change occurred in the pricing policy of one of the largest networks. The company 'Ukrnafta' announced a temporary reduction in the cost of premium diesel fuel, effectively equalizing its price with the standard equivalent.

### Special offer from 'Ukrnafta'

The main event of the day was the network's decision to revise the price of Energy grade diesel fuel. As part of a limited-time offer, the price of this product was reduced by 2 UAH. If the cost was 76.90 UAH the day before, it has now dropped to 74.90 UAH per liter.

This change is significant for car owners: now, premium fuel costs the same as standard diesel. Other items in 'Ukrnafta's' price list remained unchanged. In particular:

    - Petrol A-95 costs 73.90 UAH;

    - Autogas — 38.40 UAH.

### Stability in the private sector

While 'Ukrnafta' launched its campaign, major private networks — OKKO, WOG, and SOCAR — maintained their pricing policy without changes. According to RBC-Ukraine, retail prices at these gas stations are identical to the figures from the previous day.

Separately, it is worth noting the situation with liquefied gas. Most major gas stations in the country maintain a unified price for this type of fuel — 41.90 UAH per liter. Thus, despite targeted adjustments by state networks, the general background in the fuel market remains calm.
