The energy holding company DTEK, owned by Rinat Akhmetov, has taken the leading position in the ranking of private investors in Ukraine, published by Forbes Ukraine magazine. The company demonstrated record capital investment figures, confirming its role as a key player in the restoration and development of the national economy.

### Record Investments Amidst Challenges

According to the ranking, DTEK's capital investments amounted to 57.5 billion hryvnias. This figure is 80% higher than the results of the previous period (2022–2023). The growth in investment activity indicates the business's strategic confidence in the prospects of the Ukrainian market, despite the complex geopolitical situation.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the holding has already invested 2.4 billion euros into Ukrainian energy. These funds are directed towards critically important projects ensuring the country's energy security.

### Key Development Directions

The Forbes Ukraine report lists the priority projects implemented by the company this year:

    - Construction of the second stage of the Tyligul Wind Power Plant, which will become one of the largest renewable energy facilities in the region.

    - Development of industrial energy storage systems to increase power supply stability.

    - Restoration of infrastructure destroyed as a result of Russian attacks.

### Support for Veterans as Part of Corporate Strategy

In addition to investment activities, DTEK actively implements social initiatives. The company was recognized as the best in the "Return of Veterans to Civil Life" nomination for the "ProVeteran" project. This project is aimed at integrating participants of hostilities into the professional environment.

The holding adapts the infrastructure of its mines to the needs of veterans, creating conditions for their full participation in working life. This approach highlights the responsibility of business towards society and its contribution to the post-conflict restoration of the country.
