In the morning of July 13, the Ukrainian foreign exchange market is showing relative stability. Despite minor fluctuations in private exchange offices, most commercial banks are maintaining their rates at previous levels. Buyers and sellers of foreign currency can expect predictable transaction conditions.

### Average market indicators

According to data from the Minfin portal, the average exchange rate for the US dollar in exchange offices is 44.60 hryvnias for buying and 44.51 hryvnias for selling. Compared to the beginning of the week (July 10), the cost of buying currency has increased by one kopeck. The euro shows similar dynamics: the average buying rate is 51.25 hryvnias, and the selling rate is 51.05 hryvnias. Over the weekend, the cost of the euro for buyers increased by 3 kopecks.

### Rates in banks

The situation in the commercial banking sector appears even more stable. The average dollar rate in bank tellers is holding at 44.75 hryvnias for buying and 44.30 hryvnias for selling. The euro in banks can be purchased on average for 51.20 hryvnias, and sold for 50.65 hryvnias.

### Rates in leading banks

The country's largest financial institutions are adhering to the following tariffs:

    - **PrivatBank:** The dollar rate at tellers is 44.70 hryvnias, and for cards — 44.84 hryvnias. The euro is sold in branches at 51.25 hryvnias, and in the mobile app — at 51.28 hryvnias. No changes have been recorded compared to previous days.

    - **Oschadbank:** A slight decrease in the rate is observed in the mobile app. The dollar is offered at 44.65 hryvnias (a decrease of 5 kopecks), and for cards — 44.80 hryvnias. The euro in the app costs 51.20 hryvnias, and for cards — 51.40 hryvnias.

    - **PUMB:** The bank is maintaining previous quotes. The dollar at tellers costs 44.90 hryvnias, and for cards — 44.70 hryvnias. The euro in branches is offered at 51.40 hryvnias.

    - **Monobank:** In the digital bank, the dollar is sold at 44.69 hryvnias, and the euro — at 51.20 hryvnias (a decrease of 1 kopeck).

Thus, at the moment, the spread between buying and selling rates remains minimal, and the main market players are showing restraint in changing their quotes.
