Former Kryvbas defender Ivan Dibango made a bright statement on the international stage by delivering a phenomenal performance in the UEFA Champions League group stage. Playing for his current club, Austrian side LASK, the 24-year-old footballer provided three assists in an away match against the formidable English giants Liverpool. ### A Dazzling Performance at Anfield

Despite the Austrian team ultimately losing 3:6, the full-back's performance attracted widespread attention from football experts and fans alike. Dibango showed great character and combativeness, becoming the main mastermind behind all of his team's goals at the legendary English arena. His tireless activity down the left flank caused major problems for the Merseyside defense.

### Chronicle of Goalscoring Assists

Ivan's first goal contribution came when LASK were down 0:4. Receiving the ball on the left wing, the defender delivered a precise cross into the penalty area, which was converted by Robert Ljubičić. Later, with the score at 1:6, Dibango unleashed a powerful shot at Liverpool's goal: the goalkeeper parried it, but Florian Flecker was first to react on the rebound. Just three minutes later, Flecker met another accurate cross from Dibango to set the final score.

### Ukrainian Trace and Past Experience

Prior to his transfer to LASK, the talented player defended the colors of Ukrainian club Kryvbas starting from the 2022/23 season. During his time in the UPL, the defender played 96 official matches, scoring one goal and providing 15 assists. Notably, his final period of career in the Ukrainian club was accompanied by local conflicts regarding wage delays.

### Contradictory Data

### Aftermath and Calendar

Despite the heavy defeat in England, LASK's attacking display brings optimism ahead of the upcoming fixtures in the tournament. The Austrian team will play their next Champions League match against Portuguese side Sporting. Following such a performance, Dibango has undoubtedly caught the eye of scouts from leading European championships.
