# Industrial Evolution Forum in Bila Tserkva: How Ukrainian Manufacturing Survived and Became an Economic Driver

On June 18, Bila Tserkva will host a major industrial showdown — the fifth edition of the forum “Industrial Evolution: Production Powers the Economy.” This is not just another industry event, but a true manifesto of Ukrainian business resilience, which, despite destruction, energy crises, and constant threats, has not only survived but has become the country’s largest taxpayer.

### Numbers that speak louder than words

In 2025, the processing industry contributed 367.5 billion hryvnias to the budget — accounting for 18% of all tax revenues. This contribution is a record among all economic sectors. Behind these dry figures are real people: entrepreneurs who take risks, invest, and build the future despite the war.

### Industrial parks — new centers of power

Today, Ukraine already has a network of 116 industrial parks. On their territories, 37 industrial facilities have been built or are under construction: 22 factories are already operational, and another 15 are in the construction phase. These sites are becoming hubs for investment, job creation, and technological development.

“Production is the driver of the country’s economy. It means jobs, taxes, development, and resilience, as already seen in the example of the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park. It is important that more such projects emerge, that production develops, investors put in funds, and people acquire the necessary skills to work in the new economy,” emphasizes Vasyl Khmelnytskyi, founder of UNIT.City and the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park, and initiator of the forum.

### What awaits forum participants

The event will gather more than 1,500 participants: production owners, investors, government representatives, financial sector experts, and specialists. The program includes panel discussions, an expo zone featuring advanced technologies and equipment, practical case studies from companies successfully scaling production during wartime, and networking opportunities.

Key challenges will be at the center of attention: energy security, labor shortages, access to financing and insurance, state support, export opportunities, and new markets. Manufacturers will share their experience of survival and growth, while government representatives will discuss existing support tools and future plans.

### Organizers and registration

The forum is organized with the support of the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park, the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, ASTROBUILD LLC (the managing company and developer of the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park), and the Kyiv International Economic Forum.

Participation is free upon prior registration at: industry.forumkyiv.org.
