# Fuel prices in Ukraine on July 24: diesel and premium gasoline prices surge

The fuel market is ending the week with a new wave of price increases. Operators of major gas station networks have adjusted their price lists, raising the cost of diesel fuel and premium gasoline grades. While some networks are recording significant price hikes, others, positioning themselves as budget-friendly, are currently holding back on some tariffs.

### Sharp price surge in the SOCAR network

The most noticeable changes have been recorded in the SOCAR network. The company has significantly increased the cost of diesel fuel: both standard NANO diesel and premium NANO Extro diesel have risen by 4 UAH per liter at once. Now, the cost of standard diesel is 90.90 UAH, and premium diesel is 93.90 UAH.

The price increase also affected all types of gasoline in this network:

- Gasoline NANO 100 now costs 95.40 UAH per liter.

- The NANO 95 grade has risen to 88.40 UAH.

- Basic gasoline A-95 now costs 85.40 UAH.

### Adjustments in OKKO and Ukrnafta networks

The OKKO gas station network has also revised its diesel fuel prices. The Pulls and Euro diesel grades have increased by 2 UAH per liter. Current prices are 91.90 UAH and 88.90 UAH, respectively.

In the Ukrnafta network, the increase was more moderate. The cost of diesel fuel — both standard DP and DP (Energy) — rose by 1.5 UAH per liter. At the moment, prices are 83.90 UAH and 85.90 UAH, respectively.

### Difference in the cost of filling a full tank

For clarity, one can calculate the cost of filling a full 50-liter tank with basic gasoline A-95 (or its Euro equivalent). The difference between the most affordable network on this list (Ukrnafta) and the most expensive (SOCAR) amounts to 275 UAH. This is a significant sum for car owners who regularly refuel their vehicles.
