Ukrainians have begun receiving the first payments under the state program "National Cashback." Funds for purchases made in April are already being credited to special bank cards today. Official confirmation came from the developers of the "Diia" app via their Telegram channel.

### Restrictions on Using Funds

It is important to understand the specifics of the new program. The received bonuses have strict limitations: they cannot be withdrawn as cash from an ATM or transferred to other accounts. These funds are intended exclusively for non-cash payments for goods and services within the country.

### Validity Period and New Stage

The government has set a clear deadline for using the accumulated funds. All money credited to the card must be spent by July 31, 2026, inclusive. If the balance remains unused by this date, it will be automatically voided, and the funds will return to the state budget.

This payment officially concludes the first stage of the "National Cashback" program. A new stage started on May 1, so all current accumulations are being formed anew. It was previously planned that the money would expire on July 1, but the authorities extended the deadline to give citizens more time.
