Residents of the city and surrounding areas are facing empty pumps at the largest gas station chains: TES and ATAN. Gasoline grades AI-92 and AI-95 have disappeared from sale, leaving motorists without their usual fuel. Official confirmation of the problem came from the so-called "governor" of the occupied region, Mikhail Razvozhayev. According to him, only "DT Ultra" diesel is currently available, and not even at all stations. The official promised that gasoline supplies should resume within the day, although the situation remains tense. Razvozhayev explained the situation as "logistical difficulties," the causes of which, in his opinion, are known to everyone. He stated that local authorities and the leadership of Crimea are doing everything possible to normalize the situation, and the issue of supplies is under the control of Russian ministries of energy and transport. ### Deficit Maps and Real Reasons The situation on the peninsula is much more extensive than officials admit. Local Telegram channels are publishing interactive maps recording fuel shortages throughout Crimea. Residents are forced to search for gas stations with remaining diesel or stand in queues. The reasons for the shortage are obvious and directly related to military actions. Ukrainian forces are delivering targeted strikes on key links of Russian fuel logistics: - Regular attacks on Russian oil refineries (OR) reduce the volume of fuel production. - Strikes on the so-called "land corridor" to Crimea, passing through occupied territories of southern and eastern Ukraine, block fuel delivery. The GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has already announced "fire control" over sections of the Crimea β€” Donetsk corridor, publishing videos of the destruction of enemy military equipment and fuel tankers. ### Strict Restrictions and Strategic Strikes Sevastopol is not facing a lack of resources for the first time. Earlier, the authorities introduced strict limits: gasoline sales are limited to 20 liters per vehicle, and diesel fuel is released only by coupons. These measures only delayed the crisis but did not solve it. The factor of striking the rear is working effectively. As early as May, Ukrainian forces struck the "Lukoil-Nizhnekamsknefteorgsintez" refinery in Kstovo, which led to the shutdown of half of the enterprise's capacity. Later, on May 28, the Tuapse OR was attacked β€” one of the largest enterprises in southern Russia, which is a key supplier of fuel for the Russian army.
