# Gasoline prices rise: how fuel prices changed in SOCAR and Ukrnafta networks before the weekend

A new wave of price increases has been recorded in the Ukrainian fuel and lubricants market. Operators of the largest networks — SOCAR and Ukrnafta — updated their price lists for certain types of fuel on July 17. Consumers planning trips for the upcoming weekend should take the new rates into account when calculating their refueling budget.

### New rates at SOCAR network

SOCAR has raised the price of gasoline by 1 UAH per liter. The updated prices for the main fuel grades are as follows:

- NANO 100 gasoline now costs 89.90 UAH per liter.

- The price of NANO 95 is 83.90 UAH.

- Standard A-95 gasoline has risen to 79.90 UAH.

### Price adjustment at Ukrnafta

The state-owned company Ukrnafta has also indexed prices, increasing the cost of main items by 1 UAH per liter. Current fuel prices in this network are:

- Gasoline 95 (Energy) — 77.90 UAH.

- Gasoline A-95 — 74.90 UAH.

- Energy Diesel Fuel — 77.90 UAH.

- Standard Diesel Fuel — 75.90 UAH.

### Savings when choosing a gas station

Comparing prices for A-95 (Euro) gasoline across different networks reveals a significant difference in the cost of a full tank. By choosing an Ukrnafta gas station instead of SOCAR, a driver can save up to 250 UAH on a single refueling. This difference becomes particularly noticeable for owners of vehicles with large fuel tank capacities.
