## 🎯 Key Points

- The HUR "Artan" special unit honored fallen comrades on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine.
- The fighters emphasized that fallen soldiers continue to live in their decisions, actions, and drive for victory.

The special unit of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, "Artan," in an official statement on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, honored the memory of fallen comrades-in-arms. The servicemen emphasized that every fallen warrior remains forever an integral part of the unit, continuing to shape the values, character, and combat decisions of those who continue the fight on the frontline.

### Memory That Lives in Every Action

The special unit's Telegram publication highlights the deep spiritual and professional connection between living fighters and those who gave their lives for Ukraine's independence. According to "Artan" representatives, fallen brothers-in-arms are present in every movement, in established habits, in making critical decisions on the battlefield, and in the very philosophy of carrying out combat missions. They remain a guiding beacon for all personnel.

### The Path from Volunteers to Intelligence Elite

The "Artan" fighters reminded that at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, they were not professional military personnel with years of experience. They were volunteers who rose to defend their homes, families, and country, later passing through a grueling path of professional training and dozens of complex special operations. This path was inevitably accompanied by the bitterness of loss, yet the pain of loss transformed into unyielding motivation to bring the started work to a victorious end.

### Continuing the Fight for the Fallen

In their address, the intelligence officers emphasized the existential meaning of their further work: they fight not only for themselves, but also for every fallen brother-in-arms, for the freedom of future generations. The experience of the "Artan" special unit, which actively uses advanced technologies, unmanned systems, and conducts daring raids in the enemy's rear, demonstrates the highest price of Ukrainian statehood and uncompromising loyalty to the oath.
