Battalion fighters work under strict secrecy: they are prohibited from consuming alcohol and are forbidden from informing even their close relatives about their place of service. Regular polygraph tests confirm compliance with confidentiality protocols. ### International Composition and Strategic Goals The 'Kairos' unit includes not only Ukrainians but also former special forces soldiers from the UK, USA, other European countries, and Japan. The commander with the callsign 'Ray' stated that the unit is considered one of the priority targets for Russian strikes. The battalion's main task is to make the continuation of the war too expensive for the Kremlin. This is revenge for our comrades, who were peaceful people with their own dreams but died. And this is revenge for the years that the war has taken from us, from our children, and from our families'. ### Situation at the Front It should be recalled that the Armed Forces of Ukraine believe that Russian troops are trying to achieve an operational pause in the Konstantynivka direction to regroup, clarify the situation, and prepare for further actions in the area of the city.
