## 🎯 Key Points

- Kashpirovsky was buried at the Central Cemetery in Vinnytsia on October 13, 2026.
- The ceremony was held 10 days after his death in Moscow.
- His body was transported to Ukraine for burial.
- Cardiac arrest is cited as the official cause of death.

Anatoly Kashpirovsky, who gained widespread fame in the late 1980s for his mass hypnosis television sessions, was buried on October 13, 2026, at the Central Cemetery in Vinnytsia. The therapist's body was delivered to Ukraine ten days after his death in Moscow on October 3, 2026. The funeral ceremony was held privately, without any prior public announcement regarding the time of the event.

### A family resting place

The choice of burial site in Vinnytsia was dictated by Kashpirovsky's personal history. His parents, Mikhail and Yadviga, and his daughter Elena, who passed away in Canada in 2018, rest at the Central City Cemetery. The therapist's grave is located in close proximity to the family plot, which, according to his associates, marked a return to his roots after decades of living and working outside Ukraine.

### Contradictory data

During the organization of the funeral, certain discrepancies arose regarding logistics and the therapist's final journey. Initially, information circulated in the media about plans to bury only a portion of Kashpirovsky's ashes in Vinnytsia, while the main ceremony might have taken place in Russia. However, later, citing his nephew Yuri Mamaev, it was confirmed that a coffin with the body was transported to Vinnytsia, which required complex international shipping, special documentation, and embalming.

### Final days and public resonance

Journalist Dmitry Gordon, who maintained friendly relations with Kashpirovsky, confirmed the burial by posting the last video featuring the media doctor on his social media. While the official cause of death, stated by his director Sergey Ryzhikh, is cardiac arrest, the press repeatedly carried speculations about cancer and self-treatment attempts. Kashpirovsky's director categorically denied reports of surgeries, yet the lack of an official medical report on the diagnosis still leaves room for debate.

Over the last years of his life, despite his advanced age and changing political situation, Anatoly Kashpirovsky continued to conduct "healing" sessions in an online format. His figure remains controversial in light of his political views in the Russian Federation and his support for the Russian authorities in his final years. Vinnytsia, as the place where he received his medical education, became the final chapter in the biography of a man whose sessions once gathered millions of former USSR citizens in front of their screens.
