## 🎯 Key Points

- Yevhen Khmara confirmed the destruction of Russian launchers
- Ukraine is developing asymmetric responses to ballistic missile threats
- Supply of IRIS-T air defense systems was discussed with German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius

Ukrainian defense forces are actively working to destroy enemy weapons on enemy territory using asymmetric methods of counteraction. As Defense Minister Yevhen Khmara stated during a telephone conversation with his German counterpart Boris Pistorius, Kyiv is recording successful results in hitting Russian launchers.

### Asymmetric Response and Infrastructure Protection

During detailed negotiations with the head of the German defense department, special attention was paid to the growing threat of massive ballistic missile strikes from the Russian Federation. The head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense emphasized that in response, the country is forced to develop its own asymmetric military responses, which are already demonstrating high practical effectiveness.

### Air Defense Needs and IRIS-T Systems

In addition, the parties discussed in detail Ukraine's critical needs for air defense equipment to reliably protect key infrastructure facilities, primarily in the capital. The Defense Minister emphasized the importance of further increasing supplies of modern anti-aircraft missile systems and scarce interceptors for IRIS-T systems.

### Context of Strikes on Russian Rear Facilities

Against the backdrop of the Ministry of Defense's statements, confirmations are coming in about the expansion of the geography of successful operations by the Defense Forces. Earlier, Ukrainian drones attacked Russia's largest Omsk Oil Refinery, where a large-scale fire broke out, and strategic military targets in temporarily occupied territories, including ammunition depots and a communication hub, were also hit.
