The premiere of the 15th season of the Ukrainian show 'The Bachelor' took place on October 16, 2026, and already the next day social media users, primarily on the Threads platform, began discussing the brightest and most awkward moments of the first episode. In this season, the main protagonist is basketball player Viacheslav Kravtsov, whose height of 212 centimeters automatically turns ordinary situations into comedic ones. There were plenty of reasons for jokes in the premiere episode: from unusual gifts and emotional introductions to the appearance of a pet chicken and the bachelor's attempt to fit into a low sports car. Entertainment project Styler (RBC-Ukraine) gathered a selection of the most viral memes and audience reactions that shaped the agenda around the new season within a day.

### Introductions Reminisced Not for Flirting

The first party of the 15th season turned into a series of non-standard appearances by contestants, each trying to find her own way to catch Kravtsov's attention. One of the girls decided to impress the bachelor with singing, and the introduction turned out so emotional that Viacheslav literally carried her in his arms. Viewers on Threads, however, saw not romance in this scene, but a situation familiar to parents trying to put a moody child to sleep. Another contestant, who plays basketball, shifted from flirting during her introduction to talking about her 'herbs' and health, and Kravtsov, getting drawn into the conversation, turned the date into a medical consultation. Threads users immediately found a life parallel: 'When you and your friend have had a couple of drinks and the conversation turns to health issues.' Another girl was remembered for her wide smile and a painting she brought as a gift, while another decided to emphasize status by arriving at the introduction in a sports car. The meme for this scene was captioned: 'That exact classmate at a school reunion.'

### Larisa the Chicken: The Main Star of the Premiere

Among all the unusual introductions of the first episode, contestant Kateryna Doicheva drew special attention from the audience by coming to meet the bachelor with her pet chicken named Larisa. The bird, holding a red rose in its beak, instantly became the center of attention and the subject of dozens of memes. In the frame, Kravtsov holds Larisa in his arms while female contestants around him react with varying degrees of delight and awkwardness. Judging by the number of mentions on Threads, Larisa has every chance of becoming a breakout star of the season, and memes about her are already competing in attention with jokes about 'The Bachelor' himself.

### Rumba and Bachelor's Awkwardness

Contestant Daria Kharitonova arrived at the introduction not alone, but with her ballroom dancing partner. Together they performed a rumba, and Kravtsov had to watch their interaction from the side. Viewers on social media noted how awkward he looked in this situation, and one meme accurately conveyed the feeling: 'This is me watching my cat roll around in the dust I just swept up.' The scene became another example of how the show's format generates situations far removed from the usual romantic picture.

### 212 Centimeters vs. Sports Car

If previous episodes only warmed up the audience, Kravtsov's attempt to get into the low sports car became a separate viral moment. Given the basketball player's height of 212 centimeters, an action ordinary to many turned into a real quest that viewers on Threads began breaking down into memes, coming up with their own explanations for what they saw and comparing the situation to everyday inconveniences. Judging by the volume of reactions, this exact scene has every chance of becoming the main meme of the season 15 premiere.

Thus, the first episode of the new season of 'The Bachelor' has already given the Ukrainian internet several persistent viral images — from Larisa the chicken to the awkward attempts of a giant to squeeze into a compact car. Audiences have a whole season ahead of them, and it is already known that in 2027 the role of 'The Bachelorette' will go to actress Antonina Khyzhniak, promising a new round of discussions and memes.
