On July 10, new security measures were introduced in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The head of the regional military administration, Alexander Gantsev, announced the start of mandatory evacuation of residents from two settlements — Vasyilkivka in the Synelnykove district and Vyshe-Tarasivka in the Nikopol district.

### Evacuation of adults after children have been evacuated

Earlier, according to Gantsev, children had already been evacuated from these territories. Now, local authorities have decided that adult residents must also leave the dangerous zones. As of July 10, more than 6,500 civilians are to be evacuated from risk zones.

### Where evacuees will be accommodated

Alexander Gantsev emphasized that accommodation for internally displaced persons (IDPs) has been arranged both in safer areas within the Dnipropetrovsk region itself and in other regions of Ukraine. This will ensure safety and basic living conditions for all evacuees.

### How to contact for assistance

A 24/7 hotline is operating to coordinate the evacuation process. Residents wishing to arrange their departure are advised to call the provided number. The organization of the process aims to minimize risks to the population amid ongoing hostilities.

### Context of the situation

Previously, RBK-Ukraine reported on tragic events in the Kharkiv region, where Russian occupiers killed the last resident of one of the villages. Also, in that region, the civilian evacuation zone was expanded to cover three districts immediately, indicating heightened tension and the need to protect the civilian population.
