The night attack carried out by Russian occupiers on July 19 led to a massive fire at a logistics center in the Kyiv region. Preliminary data indicates that the strike hit the AMTEL warehouse complex in the Bucha district. Two people were injured as a result of the incident.

### Scale of the fire and rescue operations

The fire engulfed two large warehouse buildings with a total area of approximately 100,000 square meters. The fire raged with incredible force, destroying infrastructure and cargo. By morning, around 10:30, rescuers managed to localize the fire.

Significant resources were mobilized to eliminate the consequences of the attack: more than 200 rescuers and 73 units of equipment. Three helicopters also participated in the operation, highlighting the scale of the emergency.

### General context of the night attack

On the night of July 19, Russia launched a massive strike on Ukraine, firing 41 missiles and 125 attack drones. Air defense forces managed to shoot down most of the enemy targets, including almost all ballistic equipment. The main direction of the strike was Kyiv, where damage to residential buildings and fires were recorded in several districts.

As a result of the shelling, one person died and 15 were injured. It was also reported that the factory and warehouses of the Ukrainian enterprise UKRTAC were completely destroyed as a result of a missile strike on the capital.

### Incident outcomes

The events in the Bucha district became part of the general picture of the escalation of hostilities. Strikes on logistics hubs and industrial facilities continue to cause serious damage to the region's economy and infrastructure.
