American singer Miley Cyrus, along with her mother Tish Cyrus-Purcell, has joined a major charitable initiative by directing 1 million dollars to support the HOME campaign implemented by the Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles. The artist's foundation funds will go toward building and equipping modern housing for women and individuals who have survived severe life trials and violence.

### Construction of the Rosa's Place Housing Complex on Skid Row

One of the key areas of cooperation will be the Rosa's Place project, a housing complex located in the Skid Row district. The building will feature 97 fully equipped apartments intended for women left without shelter and individuals who have survived violence. In addition to providing permanent housing, the initiative includes access to comprehensive support services designed to help residents regain financial and psychological stability.

### Personal Involvement and Interior Design

The Cyrus family's contribution was not limited solely to financial transfers. Miley and Tish personally participated in updating residential and public spaces on the center's campus in Los Angeles. Furthermore, they consulted specialists and the architectural team regarding the creation of ergonomic and cozy interior designs for the Rosa's Place housing complex.

### Charity Gala Results and Total Fundraising

As part of the events supporting the HOME campaign, a special gala evening was held. Through joint efforts, ticket sales, sponsorship contributions, and private donations, the organizers managed to raise 2.2 million dollars for the center's needs. Separately from this amount, Miley Cyrus's foundation announced a targeted contribution of 1 million dollars, significantly accelerating the charitable program's implementation.

### The Artist's Longstanding Philanthropic Work

It is worth noting that supporting vulnerable populations is a systemic part of the performer's work. Back in 2014, she founded the Happy Hippie Foundation, which has provided assistance for many years to young people facing homelessness as well as members of the LGBTQ community. The new initiative in Los Angeles continues the singer's long tradition of social responsibility.

### Significance of the Charitable Initiative for the Region

The implementation of such large-scale projects in Los Angeles plays a critically important role in solving homelessness, especially among women and survivors of violence. Investments in permanent housing and accompanying social infrastructure create a solid foundation for long-term rehabilitation. The Rosa's Place complex is expected to become an example of effective cooperation between prominent public figures and specialized social institutions.
