MSI has officially announced the new professional monitor, the PRO MAX OLED 271UPJW12. The new product stands out in the market by utilizing innovative inkjet printing (IJP) technology to create the OLED panel. The manufacturer positions the device as a versatile solution capable of effectively handling both professional tasks and entertainment content consumption.

### Technical specifications and image quality

The device is built around a 27-inch matrix with 4K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The high pixel density of 164 ppi ensures image detail. A distinctive feature of the design is the RGB Stripe subpixel layout, which mimics the structure of traditional LCD panels. This solution helps minimize color distortion and ensures high text clarity.

The monitor's color capabilities are confirmed by a wide DCI-P3 color gamut coverage (99%) and high color accuracy with a Delta E deviation ≤ 2. For HDR content, the device has received the VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, with peak brightness reaching 1000 cd/m².

### Screen protection and durability

One of the main issues with OLED technology is the risk of pixel burn-in. In the PRO MAX OLED 271UPJW12 model, this challenge is addressed by the MSI OLED Auto Care technology. It operates in the background and does not require special maintenance actions from the user. The Data Counting Compensation (DCC) system tracks pixel load in real-time and automatically applies compensation while the monitor is in use.

MSI has also improved the physical protection of the screen. The anti-glare coating has become harder—the rating increased from 2H to 3H. Thanks to this innovation, the surface's resistance to scratches has increased by 2.5 times.

### User health care

The manufacturer paid special attention to ergonomics and eye protection. The monitor is equipped with MSI EyesErgo technology, the effectiveness of which is confirmed by TÜV certifications. They guarantee reduced blue light levels and flicker-free operation. Additionally, the panel has an Eyesafe 3.0 certification, indicating a 20% reduction in harmful blue light at the panel level. The device also meets the Circadian Protection Factor (CPF) standard, regulating light waves that affect sleep hormone production.

### Functionality and ergonomics

The monitor's arsenal includes features important for professional work: KVM support, PIP/PBP modes, and a USB Type-C port with 15W power delivery capability. The fully adjustable ergonomic stand allows users to customize the viewing angle to their individual preferences. The device supports operation in various SDR and HDR formats.
