Design and permitting works, along with documentation development, are scheduled for 2026-2027, while the active construction phase and commissioning are slated for 2028-2034. This will allow for the construction of approximately 198,600 square meters of residential and commercial space, including eight modern 25-story buildings.

The new quarter concept implies moving away from the format of an isolated residential enclave in favor of an open, safe, and integrated urban environment.
