# NMT-2026: When applicants will learn the official results and how to calculate the competitive score

Applicants in Ukraine have received a clear schedule for the publication of the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) results. According to the Ukrainian Center for Assessment of Educational Quality (UCAEQ), official data for the main sessions will be available as early as the beginning of July.

### Schedule for publishing results

UCAEQ has clarified the deadlines by which participants will be able to see their final figures in their personal cabinets. For those who took the tests on the main dates, the results will be posted by July 3. Applicants who chose additional sessions will learn their scores later — by July 29.

However, waiting for official confirmation is not necessary for a preliminary assessment. Immediately after the testing is completed, the system provides preliminary results. This allows students to see the number of test points scored in each subject and quickly assess their chances of admission.

### Thresholds and score conversion

To participate in the competition for university places, results converted to a scale of 100 to 200 points are used. The Ministry of Education and Science has pre-approved tables for converting test scores into this scale.

It is important to consider the minimum thresholds for obtaining a competitive result. For a subject to be credited, it is necessary to score at least 15% of the maximum possible number of test points. An exception is made for the Ukrainian language and the history of Ukraine: here the threshold is 15% plus one additional test point.

### Tools for applicants

At UCAEQ, it is recommended to use a special NMT-2026 competitive score calculator. This tool allows you to enter the obtained results and calculate the final score for various specialties, taking into account the weighting coefficients of subjects, which depend on the chosen field of study.

The personal cabinet also forms an information card of the participant, which is the key document for submitting applications to Ukrainian universities.

### Results for admission abroad

For those who plan to study in foreign educational institutions, a procedure for obtaining an official extract with NMT results is provided. The document is signed by the director of UCAEQ and certified with the seal of the institution.

You can order a certificate through the service on the center's website. The service is free of charge, and production takes up to five working days. The original document can be received personally in Kyiv or ordered to be sent by mail within Ukraine.
