# Nova Poshta and Naftogaz: Ukrainians can resolve gas account issues directly at branch offices

Property owners and citizens who have recently changed their personal data now have the opportunity to resolve issues with gas utility accounts more quickly. Now, certain administrative procedures related to gas supply can be completed not at the supplier's offices, but at the branches of the logistics company Nova Poshta.

### Expansion of NovaPay functionality

Nova Poshta, in partnership with Naftogaz, has announced an expansion of the range of services available through the NovaPay network. Customers can now perform a number of important operations directly at order pickup points. This solution is designed to simplify the lives of those who need to correct data in the gas supplier's system.

New options are particularly relevant for categories of citizens who have recently purchased housing or changed their documents. For example, after getting married or changing their surname for other reasons, users often need to promptly update information in Naftogaz to avoid problems with billing and payment.

### How to find a branch with the necessary services

It is important to understand that not all Nova Poshta branches immediately gained access to the full set of new functions. The company recommends that users check the availability of services on the interactive map located on the official website. This will allow you to plan your visit in advance and choose the nearest branch where you can resolve the issue with your utility account.

### Electronic receipts and payment deadlines

Alongside the expansion of services, Naftogaz continues to emphasize the digitization of the payment process. The company reminded users of the reasons why paper bills may not be sent to subscribers. This happens in three cases: if the consumer has an overpayment, if the bill has already been paid by the 12th of the current month, or if the client has subscribed to the electronic receipt service.

Bill delivery deadlines also have their nuances. Electronic versions are available in the personal cabinet and via chatbots starting from the 10th of each month. Paper copies, in turn, can be delivered by mail only after the 20th.

### Opportunities for savings

In addition to administrative issues, Ukrainians have tools for financial savings. Consumers can pay gas bills using funds accumulated under the state "National Cashback" program. Using this mechanism allows saving up to 3000 UAH on gas payments, which significantly reduces the burden on the family budget during the heating season.
