# Nova Poshta changes operating hours: branches in regional centers will open earlier on weekends

Ukraine's largest logistics company, "Nova Poshta," has introduced changes to the operating hours of its branches. The new measure concerns weekends and aims to make the service more convenient for customers by providing them with additional time to send and receive parcels.

### Early opening on weekends

As reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing an official Facebook post, the schedule is changing for branches located in regional centers. Now, on Saturdays and Sundays, the pickup points will open their doors one hour earlier than usual.

According to the updated schedule, the start of work on weekends has been moved to 08:00. Previously, branches opened later, which often created queues and inconveniences for customers trying to resolve delivery issues during their free time.

### The goal of the changes is customer comfort

Company representatives explained that the decision was made with a single goal: to give customers more time to receive and send shipments on weekends. This is particularly relevant for residents of large cities, where population density and the number of orders are significantly higher.

It is important to note that the updated schedule does not apply to all service points in the country, but primarily to branches in regional centers.

Nova Poshta recommends that customers clarify the operating hours of a specific branch in advance, as changes may not affect all points. The most reliable way to get up-to-date information is to use the company's official resources.

Alongside the news about the schedule change, the company reminded users of the need to be vigilant. Previously, Nova Poshta warned Ukrainians about a new scam scheme. Criminals are sending fake emails in the name of the logistics service.

In such messages, scammers report alleged violations and threaten tax audits. The goal of such mailings is to trick users into revealing personal data. The company urges not to click on suspicious links and to always verify information through official communication channels.
