In an interview with Marichka Padalko, the artist admitted that she consciously refused to formalize child support and preferred to resolve all issues regarding the upbringing of her daughters based on personal agreements. ### Refusal of legal obligations Gorbacheva emphasized that she did not file for child support either the first or the second time. According to her, the relationship between the former spouses is based exclusively on trust and mutual understanding between two adults. The singer noted that this approach does not suit everyone, but for her, it is the only possible option. "I want our relationship to be regulated by two adult and adequate people," the artist stated. At the same time, she warned that if a person is not sure about the responsibility of their former partner, it is better to resolve custody and child support issues legally. ### Separate lives and shared children Yuri Nikitin is currently spending more time in New York, where he works. This allows him to spend time with his eldest daughter, Polina, who is studying at a local university. When the producer visits his younger daughter, Serafima, who lives with her mother, Olga Gorbacheva uses this time for studies, travel, or other activities. "We just agreed on it. I try to go somewhere for studies, travel, or come here (to Ukraine). So that we build this distance and rely more on ourselves, even in parenting," the singer explained. ### Financial support without court Olga Gorbacheva expressed confidence that her ex-husband will continue to financially support the children even without official obligations. "Yes, I have such confidence, but as I said, this is a very individual case. I cannot urge everyone: 'Trust the Universe, it will take care of you'," she noted. ### Long divorce process The former couple officially filed for divorce only in July, although they have not been living together for more than a year and a half. According to Gorbacheva, the process was delayed due to bureaucratic nuances in the USA, not due to attempts to restore the relationship. This is already the second divorce for the singer and the producer, but it is passing without conflicts. The initiator of the breakup was Olga herself, who admitted that she could no longer give her husband the love and attention he deserved.
