The celebrity admitted that under current conditions, the project does not generate financial profit; however, she refuses to give up the idea of continuing to create unique items inspired by Ukrainian art. ### War put development on pause According to Sumska, business development had to be temporarily halted due to the war. Nevertheless, the actress maintains hope for the future: 'Perhaps, someday there will be an opportunity, these terrible times will pass, and I will make my dresses again'. ### Inspiration from Kateryna Bilokur The idea for the brand was born out of a love for the work of Ukrainian artist Kateryna Bilokur. Sumska admits that it was the flowers from the master's paintings, seen in her childhood, that became the main source of inspiration. 'I realized that I needed to reproduce this beauty on fabric. I myself laid out these flowers on the fabric. I am the author of this specific embodiment of art and, essentially, the popularization of this painting,' the artist shared. ### Emotional connection with Ukraine The financial side of the issue takes a back seat for Sumska. 'More losses than profits. But you work for inspiration,' she explains. The main reward for her becomes the emotions of her clients: 'When I take this dress in my hands, I feel that I am in Ukraine'. The actress is particularly touched by the fact that her items are bought by Ukrainians abroad. 'I send a dress to Canada or America for our Ukrainians. Do you understand that this is a piece of our native Ukraine for them?' notes Sumska. ### Future plans The actress plans to expand the brand's range. 'I will create my dresses and not only. I have shirts and special ribbons for handbags,' she noted. Sumska is convinced that Ukrainian designers are currently playing a special role in popularizing the country in the world: 'Our Ukrainian artisans will conquer the world in the future. I am sure of this'.
