### Dynamics of prices in the secondary market and new buildings

On the secondary housing market in Odesa, multidirectional dynamics are observed depending on the area and number of rooms. One-bedroom apartments showed the largest increase, jumping in price by 11% in dollar equivalent. Two-bedroom properties also added about 8% in value, while spacious three-bedroom apartments showed a slight decrease of 1%.

As for the primary market, a record jump in the business-class segment has been recorded here over the past six months.
