If this plan is not implemented, at the very least, the new Prime Minister will be approved. ### Structural Changes: Splitting Ministries The formation of the personal composition of the government is accompanied by deep structural changes. In particular: - **Ministry of Regional Development and Ministry of Infrastructure:** The position of Oleksiy Kuleba is proposed to be split into two ministries. Deputy Vitaliy Bezgin is being considered for the post of Minister of Regional Development. Leaders of regional state administrations (RAs), including Oleh Syniehubov, Mykola Kalashnyk, and Ivan Fedorov, are contenders for the position of Minister of Infrastructure. - **Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Agrarian Policy:** The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture will be split.
