The fourth way is available to those who receive their pension or insurance payment through an authorized bank and have the opportunity to personally visit its branch: in this case, identification is carried out at the bank, after which the institution transmits the relevant information to the PFU as part of information exchange. Ukrainians temporarily residing abroad can, in addition to online services and video calls, contact a foreign diplomatic institution of Ukraine — a consulate or embassy.
