# Polish Defense Minister Orders Declassification of All Arms Supplies to Ukraine and Announces Investigation into Leaks

Warsaw has made an unprecedented decision for full transparency regarding military aid to Kyiv. Polish Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz officially announced an order to declassify the list of all military supplies transferred to Ukraine between 2022 and 2026. Simultaneously, Polish counterintelligence has launched an investigation into individuals attempting to disclose state secrets in this area.

### Decision for Full Transparency

As reported by RBC-Ukraine citing the minister's statement on social network X, the decision was made following consultations with Prime Minister Donald Tusk. Kosiniak-Kamysz emphasized that these actions are aimed at maintaining accountability to the public and strictly comply with the law.

"I have ordered the declassification of all donations to Ukraine between 2022 and 2026," the head of the ministry stated. He noted that the process of transferring military equipment to Kyiv was initiated by the government of the Law and Justice party (PiS) led by then-Minister of Defence Mariusz Błaszczak. At the same time, both the current President Karol Nawrocki and his predecessor Andrzej Duda were informed about each donation.

### Investigation Against Violators

Alongside this transparency, Warsaw is tightening control over information security. Kosiniak-Kamysz has tasked the Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW) with identifying who intentionally attempted to disclose state secrets.

"We are operating in a combat zone near our border, and every action against Polish national interests endangers the safety of Polish men and women," the minister noted.

Separately, the Defense Minister addressed his predecessor Mariusz Błaszczak with the words "you have already done this once," hinting at the need for strict accountability. Kosiniak-Kamysz promised that all those involved in the leaks would be held accountable, regardless of their status or immunity.

### Reason for the Scandal

The trigger for these resonant statements was a scandal that erupted following a statement by Ksawery Bosak, the Deputy Marshal of the Polish Sejm. On the ZERO TV channel, he claimed that the government allegedly transferred Patriot surface-to-air missile system interceptors to Ukraine without parliamentary approval. These words became the catalyst for verifying the legality of procedures and disclosing details of the aid.
