Today, October 27, 2026, Ukraine held the traditional National Unity Radio Dictation. This year, the large-scale language event took place for the 27th consecutive time, uniting participants across the country and worldwide. The organizers reminded participants of the current rules for submitting written work for verification and announced the exact date for publishing the original text for independent review.

### New Format and Authors of Radio Dictation 2026

The main feature of this year's event was that for the first time in the project's history, the text was read by two readers simultaneously. They were prominent Ukrainian language teacher and Global Teacher Prize finalist Artur Proydakov along with singer, volunteer, and public figure Dasha Astafieva. They alternated after each paragraph, creating a dynamic dialogue with the audience.

The text, titled "The Letter That Never Ends," was authored by writer and Russian-Ukrainian war veteran Artur Dron. According to the author's intent, the piece is created in the format of a personal conversation that allows conveying sincere feelings and addressing people who hold special significance for each participant.

### Methods for Submitting Text for Verification

For those who wish to test their knowledge and send their work to the organizers, two official methods are provided. The first option involves regular mail: the paper letter must be sent so that the postmark bears a date no later than October 28, 2026.

The second method focuses on digital formats and modern technology. Participants can photograph or scan their handwritten text and send the file to the email address rd@suspilne.media. Files in JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF formats are accepted, with the final deadline for submitting digital emails set for 11:00 AM on October 29.

### Publication of the Original and Reviewing Results

The official text of the National Unity Radio Dictation will be published on October 29 at 11:00 AM across all Public Broadcaster platforms. Immediately afterward, participants will be able to independently compare what they wrote with the original source, find any spelling or punctuation errors, and evaluate their own literacy level.
