On the night of July 14, the capital of Ukraine was threatened by a rocket attack. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine detected an object heading towards Kyiv, which immediately activated the alert system.

### Timeline of the Alarm

Events unfolded rapidly. At 00:16, the first message from the Air Force arrived: a rocket was flying towards Kyiv. Just a minute later, at 00:17, the situation worsened — rockets were detected over the Chernihiv region, heading towards the Kyiv region.

The escalation of the situation required immediate action from authorities and the population. Timur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration (KMVA), made an official statement calling on all residents of the capital to immediately take shelter. The message emphasized the real threat of a ballistic missile strike.

### Reaction and Consequences

Information about the attack was quickly disseminated through the media; in particular, RBK-Ukraine cited official data from the military and the administration. City residents, hearing the sirens and receiving notifications, were forced to seek safe places while the threat loomed over the city.
