## 🎯 Key Points

- Ruslan Rotan believes that Ukrainian media do not praise Polissya players enough.
- The coach pointed out skeptical forecasts in the press regarding the team's leadership.
- The statement was made during a special media event organized by the club.

Head coach of Zhytomyr's "Polissya" Ruslan Rotan has expressed dissatisfaction with how Ukrainian mass media cover his team's performances this season. The mentor of the championship leader believes that the players are undeservedly overlooked and not enough positivity is given to their results.

### The head coach's position

According to Rotan, instead of acknowledging the team's merits after successful matches, skeptical forecasts frequently appear in the press. In particular, experts and journalists tend to state that the upcoming round will "put everything in its place," which, in the coach's opinion, demonstrates a lack of respect for the team at the top of the standings.

### Working with players and media activity

The mentor emphasized that he is not afraid of possible excessive praise for his wards, as it is the direct duty of the coaching staff to control the psychological state of the football players and return them to a working rhythm. Such statements were made during a special Media Game event organized by the club with the support of partner GGBET.

### Context and media reaction

The event allowed journalists to look from the inside at the training process and the atmosphere in the club. Nevertheless, the discussion surrounding the coverage of "Polissya's" successes in sports publications continues to attract the attention of fans and specialists of Ukrainian football.
