## 🎯 Key Points

- Leandro Andrade shows a high level of one-on-one play and crosses
- Andrusv Araujo joined with an injury and needs time to adapt
- Polissya coaching staff aims for unified team understanding of the game

Head coach of Zhytomyr's "Polissya" Ruslan Rotan shared details regarding the adaptation of the team's summer newcomers, Leandro Andrade and Andrusv Araujo. The manager detailed the players' strengths, evaluating their current form and integration prospects into the club's tactical model during a media session at a special Media Game event.

### Bright start for Leandro Andrade

According to the head coach, winger Leandro Andrade joined the club as a mature player and immediately began to justify the management's expectations. The coaching staff highlights his high individual stats, particularly his one-on-one abilities, dangerous crosses, and dribbling past opponents. However, the manager emphasizes that the player's potential allows him to perform even more efficiently, and the team intends to work intensively on enhancing this aspect of the game.

### Integration challenges for Andrusv Araujo

The situation is quite different for Andrusv Araujo, who joined the Zhytomyr squad just at the end of the transfer window. The situation was complicated by the fact that the player arrived at the team's camp with an existing injury, which delayed his adaptation process. Currently, the coaching staff is fully satisfied with the newcomer's actions in the defensive line, where he has quickly grasped the team's basic tactical principles.

### Tactical requirements and prospects

At the same time, the defender still needs to improve his ball-handling quality and establish better interaction with his teammates. Ruslan Rotan emphasized that the club does not intend to force Araujo's appearance in the starting lineup until he reaches 100% readiness. The main priority for the coaching staff remains unified team thinking and a flawless understanding of the playing philosophy by all footballers.
