On the evening of October 29, 2026, a Russian missile strike in Kyiv damaged a Rozetka retail store located near the Comfort Town residential complex. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing a statement from the company itself. Photos from the scene show the building heavily damaged: window and door openings are blown out, masonry has crumbled, and the area in front of the entrance is littered with debris from bricks, concrete, and finishing materials.

### What Happened

According to the publication, the damage to the store occurred during a nighttime attack involving drones, ballistic missiles, and aviation, while air defense systems intercepted dozens of incoming targets, as reported by RBC-Ukraine. The Rozetka store near the Comfort Town residential complex found itself in the impact zone, sustaining structural damage that rendered the premises unfit for normal operations. The company confirmed the damage and immediately began organizing logistics for already placed orders.

### How Rozetka Will Issue Orders

The company explained that once safe and full access to the premises is restored, customer orders will be transferred to the nearest store in the chain. The company emphasizes that the changes affect a limited group of buyers whose packages were linked to the damaged store, and that all other orders are being processed as normal.
