The Ukrainian side forecasts maintaining a tactical advantage on the battlefield for the next six months. This was stated by Ukraine's Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, in an interview with the TSN television channel. According to the official, the key factor in success was the change in logistics and the introduction of new procurement mechanisms.

### New Reality on the Front

Fedorov noted that the reform of supply procedures allowed for a significant improvement in the quality of unmanned aerial vehicles, which have become the main tool of modern warfare. It is precisely technological renewal and flexible logistics that have created conditions under which the Ukrainian Defense Forces control the situation.

"The Russians, as previous years have shown, adapt and try to seize the initiative. But for the next six months, we will definitely have the advantage," the minister emphasized.

### The Helplessness of the Kremlin and Strikes on Kyiv

In the conversation, Fedorov also touched upon the issue of massive missile attacks on the Ukrainian capital. The minister interpreted these actions as evidence of the desperation and helplessness of the Russian leadership. In his opinion, strikes with ballistic missiles on the center of Kyiv are an attempt to compensate for failures on the front.

### Situation at the Line of Contact

The situation at the front is confirmed by data from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Speaking at the Reuters Next summit on June 16, he reported that Russian troops attempted to advance on 12 fronts at once, but these attempts were unsuccessful.

Currently, the enemy's advance is recorded only on two or three sections, and it is proceeding extremely slowly. On other fronts, the initiative has been completely lost by the Russian side, while Ukrainian defenders, on the contrary, are acting more successfully in a number of strategically important areas.

### Retaliatory Strikes and Strategy

Ukraine is not limited to defense only. Zelenskyy stated that Kyiv has seized the initiative in the sphere of medium and long-range strikes as well. A bright example of this was the attack on the night of June 16 on the Moscow Oil Refinery. As a result of the strike, the enterprise was forced to suspend operations, causing significant economic damage to the enemy's infrastructure.
