During the day, an airstrike using a guided aerial bomb (GAB) was carried out in the Bohynove community of the Synelnykove district. The incident resulted in casualties and significant damage to civilian infrastructure. ### Scale of destruction and human losses According to the Dnipro Regional Prosecutor's Office, the epicenter of the explosion was a local grocery store, which was completely destroyed. The powerful blast wave and shrapnel caused serious damage to nearby residential houses, outbuildings, and private vehicles. The situation at the scene remains tense. As of 16:44 on July 2, 2026, the deaths of two people have been confirmed β€” a seven-year-old boy and a 43-year-old man. Five people sustained injuries of varying severity.
