# Strike on Pryluky: Nova Poshta cargo terminal destroyed, company compensates for damage

In the evening in Pryluky, Chernihiv region, Russian forces launched a strike that destroyed a cargo terminal of the Nova Poshta company. This was reported by the operator's press service, citing its own data.

### No casualties among people

Fortunately, at the time of the attack, employees and customers were in a shelter, so there were no casualties or injuries. Work to eliminate the consequences of the strike continues at the scene.

### Compensation and logistics

Nova Poshta stated that it would compensate the estimated value of all damaged shipments. The company will contact customers independently to clarify the procedure for compensation.

Additionally, the company reported that it has already changed logistics routes to avoid significant delivery delays. Current information on the status of parcels can be checked via the mobile app or on the official website, where customers will be able to track changes related to the processing of shipments after the attack.

### History of incidents

This is not the first time Russian strikes have damaged Nova Poshta facilities. Thus, on August 2 in the Kharkiv region, a company mail terminal was destroyed as a result of an attack after two hits. According to the operator, a courier company employee died then, and his family was provided with necessary assistance and support.
