On the morning of July 31, an incident involving the use of military force against civilian objects occurred in the Vinnytsia region. Russian armed forces struck a branch of the courier service "Nova Poshta". As a result of the attack, five people were injured and required medical assistance.

Information about the incident was confirmed by the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Natalia Zabolotna. In her Telegram channel, she reported that the target of the strike was specifically the post office. As of the time the message was published, data on the injured had been clarified.

Among the injured was a 19-year-old young man who suffered injuries of moderate severity. The other four injured persons have minor injuries. All of them were taken to medical facilities to receive the necessary assistance.
