The night of July 22 became another severe test for the residents of the Kyiv region. Russian occupiers carried out a new aerial attack, striking the region with drones. Information about the incident has been confirmed by the Acting Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Oleinik, and the National Police of Ukraine.

### Casualties and Destruction in Bucha District

The main impact was felt in the Bucha district. As a result of the attack, five civilians were injured, including three children. According to Oleinik, all victims suffered an acute stress reaction. Medical personnel provided necessary assistance on the spot, but no one required hospitalization.

Police clarified the details of the incident: a family—a man, a woman, and their three children—was injured by the explosions. The man was diagnosed with a lacerated hand wound, while the woman and children suffered psychological trauma. Additionally, damage to five private residential properties was recorded in the area.

### Government Response and Rescue Operations

Law enforcement agencies and rescue services are working at the sites of the strikes. They are assessing the scale of the destruction and assisting the victims. The National Police of Ukraine urges citizens to remain vigilant: when an air raid alarm is announced, it is necessary to immediately head to the nearest shelter.

This attack occurred against the backdrop of continuing escalation. Earlier reports mentioned tragic consequences of attacks in other regions: in Zaporizhzhia, there were casualties and injuries due to airstrikes, and in Odesa, two civilians were injured on July 21 during a strike on the city center. Furthermore, in Sumy, an incident was recorded where Russian forces struck rescuers who were extinguishing a fire at a construction hypermarket.
