# Strikes on the night of July 23: tanker in the Black Sea, crossing in the Donetsk region, and troop concentration in Horlivka

On the night of July 23, the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out a series of strikes on key military and military-economic targets in Russia. The operations were aimed at reducing the enemy's military-economic potential and disrupting its logistical chains. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which published an official statement in its Telegram channel.

### Tanker in the Black Sea — a strike on fuel logistics

One of the main targets of the attack was a tanker located in the Black Sea. According to the Ukrainian side, the vessel was used to transport Russian oil, petroleum products, and fuel intended to meet the needs of the Russian Armed Forces. A strike on such an object causes direct damage to the enemy's logistics, limiting its ability to supply the front line.

### Pontoon crossing in Novoekonomichne — severing the logistical corridor

The second target was a pontoon bridge in the area of the village of Novoekonomichne in the Donetsk region. Russian troops actively used this crossing to transport personnel, equipment, and ammunition. The destruction or damage of such infrastructure forces the enemy to reroute, spending time and resources on restoration, which directly affects its operational capabilities.

### Troop concentration in Horlivka — a pinpoint strike on the grouping

The third target was the area of concentration of enemy manpower in the occupied Horlivka in the Donetsk region. Such strikes are aimed at reducing the numbers and combat effectiveness of Russian units located in the frontline zone. This also demonstrates the ability of Ukrainian forces to deliver pinpoint strikes even in deeply located enemy areas.

### Systemic approach: continuation of operations to reduce Russia's potential

The Defense Forces of Ukraine emphasized that such operations are not one-off events. They will be conducted systematically, with the aim of constant pressure on Russia's military infrastructure and countering its armed aggression. This approach allows not only to inflict damage but also to create long-term problems for the enemy's planning and implementation of military operations.

### New equipment: Ukrainian electric motorcycle MUL.E

Recall that earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine officially approved for use in the Armed Forces the first domestic all-wheel-drive electric motorcycle, the MUL.E. The equipment was developed specifically to perform tasks in conditions where high mobility, off-road capability, and low observability are critically important. The introduction of such solutions demonstrates the Ukrainian army's desire for technological modernization and adaptation to modern requirements of warfare.
