# Studying Abroad: How to Get an Official Transcript of NMT Results for Free

For applicants planning to continue their education abroad, there is an opportunity to obtain official confirmation of the results of the National Multisubject Test (NMT). The Ukrainian Center for Assessment of Education Quality (UCAEQ) has explained the procedure for obtaining a transcript, which is required by foreign universities.

### Difference between certificates for Ukraine and abroad

There is an important difference in the documents required for admission depending on the country of study. For Ukrainian higher education institutions, a standard NMT participant certificate and an information card with results are sufficient. Each participant can independently generate and download these documents from their personal cabinet.

However, foreign universities often require a more formalized document — a transcript of test results. This is an official certificate that must be certified by the signature of the UCAEQ director and the institution's seal. It is this document that confirms the legitimacy of the results for international educational programs.

### How to submit a request for a transcript

The procedure for obtaining the document is strictly regulated. An application can be submitted exclusively through an electronic form in a specialized request generation service. Other methods of contacting the center are not provided.

UCAEQ guarantees that the preparation of the transcript is free of charge. The processing time for the document is up to five working days, which corresponds to the requirements of the Law "On Citizens' Appeals".

### Ways to receive the document

The ready-made transcript can be obtained in several ways, depending on the applicant's capabilities:

    - **Pick up in person in Kyiv.** This is the fastest option. The center is located at: 5 Volodymyr Vynnychenko Street.

    - **Receipt by a representative.** If the participant cannot arrive in person, another person can be specified when submitting the electronic request. The representative must present a valid identification document to receive the certificate.

    - **Mail delivery.** UCAEQ delivers documents by mail, but only within the territory of Ukraine.

It is important to note that international mail delivery of transcripts is currently not available. Applicants located abroad will have to use the services of trusted persons or obtain the document themselves when visiting Kyiv.

### Admission campaign context

The results of NMT-2026 are already available in the personal cabinets of participants. At the moment, the system allows for the generation of basic documents for admission to Ukrainian universities. Earlier, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine confirmed that the rules of the admission campaign remain unchanged: the requirement for 150 competitive points for a number of specialties remains, despite proposals to revise the standards.
