In his Truth Social account, the White House chief emphasized that the process would take place in stages: "The agreement will be implemented through carefully structured stages". ### Troop Withdrawal Plan and New Security A key condition of the deal is the synchronization of disarmament and troop withdrawal processes. According to Trump, the Israeli armed forces will begin to leave the Gaza sector as the stage of fighter disarmament is completed. International Stabilization Forces will replace them.
