# Trump Announces Victory: Iran Makes Concessions, Strait of Hormuz Opened

US President Donald Trump announced a breakthrough in negotiations with Iran regarding its nuclear program. According to him, Tehran has made significant concessions, allowing tensions in the region to ease and free shipping to resume.

The White House chief published the official statement on his social network, Truth Social. Trump emphasized that Iran has "fully and unconditionally" agreed to conduct nuclear inspections of the highest level for an indefinite period. The American leader is convinced that this condition will guarantee "nuclear honesty" and that without it, further dialogue would have been impossible.

### Lifting the Blockade and Opening the Strait

In response to Iran's concessions, the US has decided to lift the naval blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. "Based on this and other significant concessions made by Iran, I have agreed to allow the Strait of Hormuz to remain open without further naval blockade," Trump wrote.

At the same time, the US President reserved the right to take tough measures in the future. He clarified that all warships remain in their positions in case the blockade needs to be resumed, although he called such a scenario "very unlikely".

According to Trump, the strait is already fully open. On Sunday, June 21, more oil was transported through it than ever before, indicating a normalization of the situation.

### Political Context and Next Steps

Earlier, on June 17, the US and Iran remotely signed a memorandum on ending the war and opening the Strait of Hormuz. This document became the basis for working out the details of the final agreement, which is supposed to cement the ceasefire within the next 60 days.

Trump also complained about the abundance of fake news, which, in his opinion, are trying to negate the "US victory". He made it clear that he considers the issue of Iran's nuclear program more important than the threat of a global economic crisis.

In conclusion, the US President hinted that, if necessary, he is ready to resume hostilities against Tehran to prevent Iran from creating nuclear weapons.
