# Trump Threatens to Destroy Iran's Nuclear Facility: 'We Can Handle This Very Easily'

US President Donald Trump, during a recent speech, articulated a tough stance regarding Iran's nuclear program. Amidst ongoing peace negotiations, the head of state warned that the issue of destroying a key nuclear facility in Iran—Mount Pikaks—could be resolved militarily if diplomacy fails to yield results.

### A 'Small Problem' for the US

Trump described the situation with the nuclear facility as a 'small problem' for the American side. He emphasized that thanks to the US Space Force, the US possesses the most advanced cameras in the world, which constantly monitor the situation in Iran. 'We know exactly what is happening on Mount Pikaks,' the president stated.

According to him, if an agreement with Tehran is not reached, the US is ready to take decisive measures. 'We will have to destroy Pikaks if we do not reach an agreement. We can handle this very easily,' Trump added.

### Pressure from Israel

In his speech, Trump also touched upon the role of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in this matter. He noted that the Israeli leader often reminds him of the need to act against the Iranian nuclear program. 'Bibi tells me this because he wants me to stay involved,' the American president explained.

Trump emphasized that the decision to take military action must be made solely based on US interests, not under pressure from allies.

### Escalation of Tensions

Trump's statements come against a backdrop of rising tensions in the region. In July, it became known that the US administration is leaning towards expanding military operations against Iran following a series of briefings involving senior officials.

From July 15 and into the night of July 16, the US launched two series of attacks on Iran. Various military facilities in Tehran were hit, including a tanker. In June, the Pentagon was developing a plan for a special operation aimed at capturing or destroying stocks of enriched uranium at fortified Iranian nuclear facilities.

All eyes are now on the results of the peace negotiations. Their outcome will determine whether the issue of Iran's nuclear facility remains within the framework of diplomacy or escalates into a military confrontation.
